Peter has appeared as junior counsel in the High Court in cases of prominence in tort, contract and equity. He has appeared as leading counsel in the New South Wales Court of Appeal (franchise law), NSW Supreme Court (administrative law) and the Queensland Supreme Court (property law, trade practices and occupier’s liability).
