BACKGROUND
After more than a decade practising as a solicitor, Damian was called to the Queensland Bar in 2024.
He specialises in personal injury and insurance litigation, acting for plaintiffs and defendants across all legislative schemes.
Before being called to the Bar, Damian practised as a solicitor in insurance litigation at Cooper Grace Ward, acting for statutory insurers, self-insurers and private clients in a wide range of matters.
Damian is a skilled advocate, including in settlement and mediation contexts.
Damian is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance, and regularly presents at the annual State Conference.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Queensland.
